眩亂 (the first character is *xuan* combined with *juan* [fanqie: xuan-juan]; Jia's commentary on the Guoyu says: “眩 means confused; also, dizzy and blinded.” The Shuowen says: “The eyes lacking a fixed master. Formed with 目, with 玄 as its phonetic component”).
