飄散（上匹霄反毛詩傳曰飄猶吹也說文迥風也從風票聲飄同下珊幹反顧野王云散謂分流飛走不聚也說文飛散也從支昔聲或從雚作𱥙論作散俗字）。

Whirled and dispersed (飄散: the first character *fanqie* 匹 + 霄. The Commentary to the *Mao Poetry* says: “飄 is like blowing.” *Shuowen jiezi* says: “A whirlwind; composed of 風 [‘wind’] with 票 as phonetic.” 飄 is the same. The second character is *fanqie* 珊 + 幹. Gu Yewang says: “散 means branching off, scattering, flying off and fleeing, not gathering.” *Shuowen jiezi* says: “To scatter and fly off; composed of 攴 [‘strike’] with 昔 as phonetic.” Sometimes written with 雚 as 𱥙. The reading in the treatise is written as 散, a vulgar form).
