危脆（清歲反廣雅脆弱也顧野王云脆愞也奴乱反或作膬考聲云肉肥也耎也而兖反說文云肉耎易斷也從肉從絕省聲也經從危作脆非也）。

危脆 ("fragile and precarious"): The character has the fanqie reading [tsʰ- + -wiɛ = cuì] (清歲反). The Guangya says: "脆弱 means delicate." Gu Yewang says: "脆 means soft and pliable (愞, fanqie 奴乱反); it is also written 膬." The Kaosheng says: "Fatty meat; soft and tender (耎, fanqie 而兖反)." The Shuowen says: "Tender meat that breaks easily. It is formed with the radical 肉 ('flesh') and an abbreviated 絕 as phonetic." In the sūtra it is written with 危 as 脆, which is incorrect.
