窣堵波（蘇沒反下都古反此云廟或云墳或言聚相謂果石等高以為相也舊言抖擻波或之偷婆又言塔波皆方夏輕重也）。

窣堵波 (*sowt-tuX-pa*, [fanqie for 窣:] 蘇沒反, the next character is [fanqie] 都古反; here translated as 'shrine', or called 'tomb', or called 'heaped sign' [stūpa], referring to high piles of bricks, stones, and the like to serve as a sign. Formerly rendered 抖擻波, or 偷婆, and also called 塔婆, which are all dialectal differences in tone and stress across China).
