摣掣（上鮓沙反考聲云摣取也又作𰭭或作𰭮亦作[(虎-儿+目)*又]同古今正字云爪取也從手虘聲虘音昨何反下闡勢反考聲云掣頓拽也文字典說從手制聲又作摯或作𢊏並同也）。

Snatching and pulling (摣掣: the first character [摣] is fanqie 鮓沙 [zhā]. The Kaosheng says: "摣 means taking." It is also written as 𰭭, 𰭮, or [(虎-儿+目)*又], all the same. The Gujin zhengzi says: "Seizing with claws." It is formed with the hand radical [手] and 虘 as phonetic; 虘 has the fanqie 昨何 [zuó]. The second character [掣] is fanqie 闡勢 [chè]. The Kaosheng says: "掣 means pulling suddenly." The Wenzidian shuo says it is formed with the hand radical [手] and 制 as phonetic; it is also written as 摯 or 𢊏, both the same).
