瞖瞙（上一計反韻略云瞖目障也殹文字典說云瞖目病也從目殹聲音同上下忙搏反說文膜肉間瞙也從草莫聲）。

Cataracts and films (瞖瞙; the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 一計 [yì]. The Yunlüe states: '瞖 (yì) is an obstruction of the eye.' The Wenzi dianshuo states: '瞖 is an eye disease. It takes "eye" [目] as radical and 殹 as phonetic; its pronunciation is the same.' The second character is pronounced with the fanqie 忙搏 [mò]. The Shuowen jiezi states: '膜 (mò) is the film between muscles. It takes "grass" [艸] as radical and 莫 as phonetic').
