華[肆-聿+(彰-章+(曼-又+方))]（又作花同呼瓜反下梵言磨羅此云鬘音蠻案西域結鬘師多用蘇摩那花行列結之以為條貫無問男女貴賤皆此莊嚴或首或身以為飾好諸經中天鬘寶鬘花鬘亦結鬘師皆是也論又作𩬞非正體也）。

華[肆-聿+(彰-章+(曼-又+方))] [flower garland] (Also written 花, identical. Fanqie: 呼瓜 [hū + guā, *huā*]. The second character represents Sanskrit *mālā*, translated here as *màn* [鬘, garland]. Fanqie: 蠻 [mán]. According to custom in the Western Regions, garland-makers mostly take sumana flowers, stringing them in rows to make a strand; regardless of male or female, noble or base, all adorn themselves with this, either on the head or on the body as an ornament. The 'heavenly garlands,' 'jeweled garlands,' and 'flower garlands' in the sūtras, as well as the 'garland-makers,' all refer to this.
