謫罰（上嘲革反杜注左傳云讁譴也賈逵注國語云謫咎也文字典說云謫責也亦罰也從言啇聲啇音的）。

Reprimand and punish (謫罰; the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 嘲革 [zhé]. Du Yu's Commentary on the Zuozhuan states: '讁 (zhé) means to censure.' Jia Kui's Commentary on the Guoyu states: '謫 means to blame.' The Wenzi dianshuo states: '謫 means to reprove, and also to punish. It takes "speech" [言] as radical and 啇 as phonetic; 啇 is pronounced 的 [dì]').
