暍死（又作[病-丙+(曷-人+乂)]暍二形同於歇反字林傷熱也謂傷熱煩悶欲死也又紅紫傷風曰失色為暍作此也）。

Dying of heatstroke (暍死: also written in the two forms [病-丙+(曷-人+乂)] and 暍, both with the fanqie 於歇, *yē*): The *Zilin* says: 'Harm from heat; it means being distressed and stifled by heat injury to the point of near death.' Furthermore, when red and purple [garments] are damaged by the wind and lose their color, this character 暍 is also used.
