撓攪（上呼高反廣雅撓亂也說文亦攪也傳文作秏非也下交巧反毛詩注云攪亂也博雅動也說文從手從覺聲也）。

撓攪 (disturbing and agitating: the first character is pronounced 呼 + 高 fanqie; the Guangya says, "撓 means to disturb"; the Shuowen jiezi says, "It also means to agitate"; transmitted texts writing 秏 are incorrect; the second character is pronounced 交 + 巧 fanqie; the Mao commentary to the Classic of Poetry says, "攪 means to disorder"; the Boya says, "To stir"; the Shuowen jiezi says it is derived from 手 and has 覺 as phonetic).
