鍼㭰（之林反或作針下即髓反亦作觜經作𭉨非字也）。

鍼㭰 [zhēnzuǐ, needle-beak]: [the first character is pronounced] 之 + 林 fanqie; it is also written as 針. The second character is pronounced 即 + 髓 fanqie, and is also written as 觜. In the sūtra it is written as 𭉨, which is not a [proper] character.
