Fangxian 肪𦚻 (the first character is pronounced 府房 [fáng]). The Shuowen jiezi says: '肪 means fat.' The second character is pronounced 先安 [xiān]. The Guangya says: '肪 is animal fat; sheep's xian 𦚻 is grease, referring to the fat between the intestines.'
