闚𨵦（上犬規反王弼注周易云所見者狹故曰闚觀也考聲云闚覻也方言闚視也說文從門規聲或作窺也下庾朱反考聲𨵦亦闚也文字集略云小視也從門俞聲也）。

闚𨵦 (The *fanqie* for the upper character is [kʰ]- + [kʷi] (犬規反). Wang Bi's commentary on the *Zhouyi* says: 'What is seen is narrow, hence it is called 闚 [peeping/looking].' The *Kaosheng* states: '闚 means to spy on or peep.' The *Fangyan* states: '闚 means to look.' The *Shuowen jiezi* states that it is categorized under the radical 門 (gate) with 規 phonetic; it is also written as 窺. The *fanqie* for the lower character is [j]- + [tɕɨu] (庾朱反). The *Kaosheng* states: '𨵦 also means to peep.' The *Wenzi jilüe* states: 'To take a narrow view.' It is categorized under the radical 門 (gate) with 俞 phonetic).
