澣濯（上桓椀反劉兆注公羊傳云濯生練曰涑去舊垢曰澣古今正字從水幹聲亦作浣譜作浣俗字也下憧角反毛詩傳云濯滌也說文浣也從水翟聲）。

澣濯 [wash and cleanse] (The first character has the fanqie 桓椀 [huàn]. Liu Zhao's commentary on the Gongyang zhuan says: 'To wash raw silk is called 涑; to remove old dirt is called 澣.' The Gujin zhengzi says: 'Derived from 水 with 幹 as phonetic; it is also written as 浣.' The Pu writes it as 浣, which is a popular character. The second character has the fanqie 憧角 [zhuó]. The commentary on the Mao Shi says: '濯 means to wash.' The Shuowen jiezi says: '澣 [to wash]; derived from 水 with 翟 as phonetic').
