痰癊（上噉甘反下陰禁反考聲痰癊鬲中病也文字集略胷中病也案痰癊胷鬲中疾也二字並從疒炎陰皆聲鬲音格）。

痰癊 (upper character: *dan* + *gan* fanqie; lower character: *yin* + *jin* fanqie; the *Kaosheng* says: '痰癊 is an ailment in the diaphragm.' The *Wenwen jilüe* says: 'An ailment in the chest.' We note: 痰癊 is an illness in the chest and diaphragm; both characters are derived from 疒 with 炎 and 陰 as their respective phonetic components. The pronunciation of 鬲 is *ge*).
