蓑草, thatch grass (the first [character is pronounced with the fanqie] 𤨏 + 和; the Cang Jie pian states it is the name of an herb; the Wenzidian shuo states: "A coat of grass to ward off rain"; it also refers to mats and rain-hats loaded on carts in wet weather; it has the grass radical and suǒ (𮕱) phonetic; lǎo (潦) is pronounced 老).
