攣𣦢（上䜌員反爾雅云攣病也顧野王云謂病體拘曲也說文從手䜌聲䜌音同上或作𤼙也下并癖反顧野王云𣦢謂足㾫枯不能行也說文亦不能行也從止辟聲從足作躄俗字通用也）。

攣𣦢, crippled and paralyzed (the first [character is pronounced with the fanqie] 䜌 + 員; the Erya states: "Luan (攣) is a disease"; Gu Yewang states: "It refers to the diseased body being contracted and bent"; the Shuowen states it has the hand radical and luan (䜌) phonetic, luan having the same pronunciation as above; it is also written 𤼙; the second [character is pronounced with the fanqie] 并 + 癖; Gu Yewang states: "Bi (𣦢) means that the feet are withered and unable to walk"; the Shuowen also states it means unable to walk, taking the foot (止) radical and pi (辟) phonetic; written with the foot (足) radical as 躄, which is a popular variant commonly used).
