摶食（叚欒反手摶食也說文從手經文從耑作揣非也）。

Tuánshí (摶食, eating by rolling food into balls; fanqie [jiǎ + luán]; rolling food with the hands into balls. The Shuowen states: It takes '手' (hand); the sūtra text takes '耑' writing '揣', which is incorrect).
