衒賣（上玄狷反韻英行賣也自矜也或作𧗳或作䝮義同自媒也說文行且賣也從行玄聲也下莫廨反集訓出物以交易也正體從出作[(廿*├)/(?@貝)]今作賣省也）。

衒賣 [Hawking and peddling] (The first character is xuan + juan fan. The Yunying says: 'To peddle while walking; to boast of oneself.' Also written as 𧗳 or 䝮, with the same meaning: to promote oneself. The Shuowen says: 'Walking while selling.' It is from 行 [to go] with 玄 as phonetic. The second character is mo + xie fan. The Jixun says: 'To bring forth goods for exchange.' The orthodox form is written with 出 as [(廿*├)/(?@貝)]; today it is written as 賣, which is abbreviated).
