Both comprehensive (竝該: the first is the correct form of the character bìng [並]. The second character has the fanqie 改孩 [gāi]; Jia Da's commentary on the Guoyu says: 'Gāi means complete.' Guo Pu's commentary on the Fangyan says: 'All.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'To summarize.' It takes 'speech' [言] as radical and has hāi [亥] as phonetic).
