御㝢（下于主反毛詩傳云㝢居也爾雅云大也蒼頡篇云邊也說文從宀禹聲也亦作字義同也）。

To rule the realm (the second character has the fanqie: yu + zhu; the Mao Commentary to the Shijing states: "Yu means dwelling." The Erya states: "Great." The Cang Jie pian states: "Border." The Shuowen jiezi states that it is analyzed from radical mian [roof] with yu providing the sound; it is also written as [宇], with the same meaning).
