槀街（上高老反顧野王云槀猶草也說文從禾高聲下佳諧反尚書云槀街謂蠻夷邸所在也說文云街謂四通道也從行圭聲）。

槀街 (the first character is *g[āo]-lǎo* fanqie; Gu Yewang says: “*Gǎo* (槀) is like straw.” The *Shuowen jiezi* says it is composed of ‘grain’ (禾) with *gāo* (高) as phonetic. The second character is *ji[ā]-xié* fanqie; the *Book of Documents* says: “*Gǎojiē* (槀街) refers to the quarter where foreign tribes stay.” The *Shuowen jiezi* says: “*Jiē* (街) refers to a crossroads opening in four directions. It is composed of ‘going’ (行) with *guī* (圭) as phonetic”).
