乾[麩-夫+首]（上哥安反下昌繞反廣雅云𪍑食也埤蒼煼麥為麫文字典說煼麥乾屑也從麥酋聲煼音抄爪反）。

乾[麩-夫+首] (Dry parched flour: the upper character is [gān], [fanqie] 哥安; the lower character is [chāo], [fanqie] 昌繞. The Guangya states: "[Chāo] means food." The Picang says: "Roasted wheat made into flour." The Wenzidian shuo states: "Dry roasted wheat flour." It is written with the wheat radical and the phonetic qiú; chāo is [fanqie] 抄爪).
