共鯁（古幸反集訓云食魚骨刺留咽中曰鯁案傳意往此情有去留進退故云共鯁鯁亦噎也）。

共鯁 (古幸 fanqie. The Jixun says: “When eating fish, a bone sticking in the throat is called 鯁 [gěng].” Note: The intent of the text is that when going there, one's mind wavers between leaving and staying, advancing and retreating, hence it says “共鯁”. 鯁 also means choked up).
