覆燾（陶到反左傳云如天之無不燾杜預曰燾覆也方言燾載也郭璞曰覆載二義並通說文普覆照也）。

Overspreading and sheltering (pronounced with the fanqie 陶到 [t- + -au = tau]. The Zuozhuan says: "Like heaven leaving nothing uncovered." Du Yu says: "燾 means to cover over." The Fangyan says: "燾 means to carry." Guo Pu says: "Both meanings of covering and carrying are valid." The Shuowen jiezi says: "Universally covering and illuminating").
