其操（草到反韻詮云執志雅正也顧野王云持志貞固也言君子設遇災龱害不失其操或為𣀉字見文部也）。

其操 (his integrity): The fanqie 草 (c-) + 到 (dào) [cào]. The Yunquan says: "Holding one's purpose upright and correct." Gu Yewang says: "Holding one's purpose firm and constant. It means that even if a noble person encounters disasters and harm, he does not abandon his integrity." It is sometimes written as 𣀉, found under the radical 文.
