眷西海（上厥媛反孔注尚書云眷視也詩傳顧也說文從目龹聲或作𰦀𲁏序作睠俗字也）。

眷西海 Gaze towards the Western Sea (the first character is pronounced [in fanqie] 厥 + 媛; Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: "眷 means to look." The Shijing commentary says: "To look back fondly." The Shuowen says: "Formed with 'eye' (目) as semantic and 龹 as phonetic;" it is also written as 𰦀 or 𲁏; the preface writes it with the popular character 睠).
