汍瀾（上胡官反傳離汍水流貌也亦作洹說文從木丸聲下落干反爾雅大波為瀾說文從水闌聲）。

汍瀾 (Tears streaming down: the first is *hu-kwan* [wán]; the transmission of the Li sao says: "*Wan* describes the flowing of tears." Also written as 洹. The Shuowen [says]: "Formed with the water radical and phonetic *wan*." The second is *lak-kan* [lán]; the Erya says: "Large waves are *lan*." The Shuowen [says]: "Formed with the water radical and phonetic *lan*").
