九閟（筆媚反孔注尚書云閟慎也毛詩傳曰閟閉也左傳云時以閟閉也左傳云時以閟之閟其事也說文從門必聲）。

Deeply secluded (九閟: [閟 is] bi-mei fan [bì]. Kong [Anguo]'s commentary on the Shangshu says: “Bi means prudent.” The Mao commentary on the Shijing says: “Bi means closed.” The Zuozhuan says: “To close it from time to time; to keep its matters secret.” The Shuowen [jiezi] says: “Formed with 門 ('gate') and bi phonetic.”).
