預搔 (*s-l-: The Liji says: "When they suffer pain, itching, or scabs, respectfully suppress [the impulse] and scratch it." The Shuowen jiezi says: "搔 means to scrape. Formed from 手 with 蚤 phonetic." 刮 is pronounced *k-b-. 蚤 is pronounced zǎo.)
