滬瀆（上胡古反考聲云滬水名也郭注山海經云蒼頡為帝南登陽虛山臨玄滬靈龜負書即此水也古今正字從水扈聲）。

滬瀆 (The first syllable has the fanqie 胡古 [hù]. The Kaosheng says: "滬 [hù] is the name of a river." Guo [Pu's] commentary to the Shanhaijing says: "Cangjie, serving as emperor, ascended Yangxu Mountain in the south and overlooked the Xuanhu [River], where a numinous turtle emerged bearing a script; it refers to this very river." The Gujin zhengzi says it takes 水 [shuǐ] as semantic and 扈 [hù] as phonetic.)
