王勰（下胡頰反爾雅云勰和也說文云勰同思之和也從思劦聲論從三刀作勰非也）。

王勰 (The second syllable has the fanqie 胡頰 [xié]. The Erya says: "勰 [xié] means harmony." The Shuowen jiezi says: "勰 means the harmony of unified thought." It takes 思 [sī] as semantic and 劦 [xié] as phonetic. In common texts, writing it with three 刀 [dāo] as 勰 is an error.)
