殽亂（上効交反考聲云殽雜亂也古今正字云相錯雜也從殳肴聲論從水作淆水名也）。

Confused and disorderly 殽亂 (the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 効 + 交; the Kaosheng says: "Xiao means mixed and disorderly." The Gujin zhengzi says: "Intermingled and confused"; it takes the weapon radical 殳 and the phonetic 肴. In the Treatise it is written with the water radical 水 as 淆, which is the name of a river).
