𧧳誕（上跨瓜反孔注尚書𧧳憍恣過制也謚法曰華言無實曰𧧳說文從言𡗢聲𡗢音同上下檀爛反孔注尚書云誕欺也說文從言延聲也）。

誇誕 (The upper [character] is kua + gua [kuā]. Kong's commentary to the Book of Documents says: "誇 means arrogant, unrestrained, and transgressing rules." The Posthumous Names rules say: "Florid words without substance are called 誇." The Shuowen [notes that it] derives from 言 [speech] with 𡗢 as phonetic; 𡗢 has the same pronunciation. The lower [character] is tan + lan [dàn]. Kong's commentary to the Book of Documents says: "誕 means to deceive." The Shuowen [notes that it] derives from 言 [speech] with 延 as phonetic.)
