右脅（杴劫反考聲云脅肋也說文肚二傍也從肉劦聲也劦音叶論文從三刀非也正從三力或作脇亦通也）。

右脅 (xian + jie [xié]. The Kaosheng says: "脅 means the ribs." The Shuowen says: "The two sides of the belly; it derives from 肉 [flesh] with 劦 as phonetic." 劦 is pronounced xie [xié]. In the treatise it is written with three knives [刀], which is incorrect; properly it derives from three forces [力]. It is also written as 脇, which is acceptable.)
