弗聆（下歷丁反蒼頡篇廣雅並云聆聽也太玄經云聆竹以為管是也說文從耳令聲也）。

Not hearing (弗聆: the second [character] is *li-ding* [l- + -íng = líng] in fanqie; the Cangjie pian and the Guangya both say: “聆 means to listen.” The Taixuan jing says: “Listening to bamboo to make pitch-pipes,” which is this; the Shuowen says: “Categorized under 'ear' with 令 as phonetic”).
