于闐 (Khotan): The second character is read fanqie *ti[án]-[li]àn* [tián]; a barbarian word, the name of a Western country. It is now located more than two thousand li south of Anxi, belonging under the administration of Anxi. It is classified under the radical *mén* (gate) with *zhēn* (真) phonetic. Transmitted texts write it as 填.
