投簪（下譖森反集訓云頭冠中玉簪也連上頭冠令其不墜說文作兂首笄也象形傳文作簪俗字也）。

To cast off the hairpin (for the second [character 簪], z- + [s]en [zān]; the Jixun says: “The jade hairpin inside the headcap; it connects to the headcap so that it does not fall off.” The Shuowen writes it as 兂: “A hairpin for the head; a pictograph.” In the transmission text it is written as 簪, which is a vulgar character).
