紕謬 [error and falsity] (The first character is pronounced with the fanqie 匹彌 [pī]. Zheng [Xuan]'s commentary on the Liji says: 'An error.' The Posthumous Titles Law says: 'When one's conduct is discordant with reality, it is called jiāo [stubbornness].' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Deceitful words; it derives from 言 [words] with 翏 as phonetic.' 翏 is pronounced with the fanqie 力救 [liù]).
