Yanliu 檐霤 (The first character is pronounced yán: the eaves of a roof; that is, the projecting eaves outside the pillars. It takes the wood radical with zhān as phonetic; taking the hand radical is incorrect. The second character has the fanqie 流救. The Shuowen jiezi states: "Liu means rainwater on a roof flowing down."
