渰雲 (The upper character has the sound 奄 [yǎn]. The Mao commentary to the Shijing says: "渰 describes the appearance of overcast clouds." The Gujin zhengzi says: "Rising clouds are called 渰." 擢 is pronounced 濁 [zhuó], meaning to pluck or select. It describes the appearance of rain; it takes 木 as radical and 弇 as phonetic, with the latter pronounced the same as above.)
