Torrents pouring down (霈注: the first character is huán + bèi fanqie [pèi]. The Wenzi jilüe says: "霈 means heavy rain." The Shuowen says: "It has the rain radical, with 沛 as phonetic." 沛 is pronounced like 貝 [bèi]).
