斂翮（下衡革反爾雅云羽本謂之翮郭璞注云鳥羽根也說文羽莖也從羽鬲聲鬲音格之也）。

斂翮 (folding the wings: the second character is a fanqie of 衡 and 革 [hé]; the Erya states: 'The root of a feather is called a 翮.' Guo Pu's commentary states: 'The stem of a bird's feather.' The Shuowen states: 'The quill of a feather;' it is analyzed as semantic 羽 and phonetic 鬲, with 鬲 pronounced as gé).
