痼疾（上音固說文正從古作㽽禮記云身有㽽疾是也前高僧傳第九已釋訖也）。

痼疾 (chronic illness: the first character is pronounced gù; the Shuowen orthodox form is written with 古 as 㽽; the Liji says: 'The body having a chronic illness (㽽疾),' which is this; it was already explained above in Gaoseng zhuan, Fascicle 9).
