怜周官 (怜 in the Zhouguan: the first character is a fanqie of 口 and 甲 [qià]; the Kaosheng states: '恰 means the appearance of applying one's mind.' The Yunlüe also defines it as applying one's mind; various dictionaries do not have this character).
