採𬅁 (The second character has the fanqie phonetic spelling 賢 [xián] + 結 [jié], [xié]. A character dictionary says: "'𬅁' is like a lapel/hem (袵)." The Gujin zhengzi says: "Gathering the lapels of a garment. It takes 手 [hand] as its radical and 頡 as its phonetic component").
