Weaving heddles (織綜, the second character has the fanqie 宗送 [zòng]; the Lienü zhuan says: "Weaving can serve as an analogy for governance: pushing away and pulling back is called 綜"; the Shuowen says: "Derived from 糸 with 宗 as its phonetic").
