駐蹕（上誅屢反蒼頡篇云駐止也住也下音畢鄭注周禮云君車行清道即今之警蹕也或從走作䟆或從言作𧫤義訓並同說文從足也）。

Halt the imperial cortege (駐蹕: the upper character has the fanqie zhu-lü [zhu]. The Cang Jie pian says: '駐 means to stop; to stay.' The lower character is pronounced bi [bì]. Zheng's commentary to the Zhouli says: 'When the ruler's carriage travels, the roads are cleared; this is what is now called "clearing the way for the imperial cortege" [警蹕].' It is also written with the "run" radical [走] as 䟆, or with the "speech" radical [言] as 𧫤; the meanings and definitions are entirely identical. The Shuowen states that it is derived from "foot" [足]).
