擺撥（上百賣反說文揮手也或從畢作𢳂並從手下半末反說文以手撥物也從手發聲也）。

Cast off and eliminate (擺撥: the upper character has the fanqie bai-mai [bai]. The Shuowen says: 'To wave the hand.' It is also written with bi [畢] as 𢳂; both are derived from "hand" [手]. The lower character has the fanqie ban-mo [bo]. The Shuowen says: 'To push aside objects with the hand; it is derived from "hand" [手] and phonetic fa [發].').
