揮飊 [whirling whirlwind]: The first character is pronounced huī. The second character is read with the fanqie bi + xiao (biāo). The Yunying says it is the name of a wind. Guo [Pu]'s commentary on the Erya says: 'A tempestuous wind coming from above and descending downward is called biāo.' The pronunciation of biāo (猋) is the same as the above; it is composed of three 'dogs' (犬), not from 'fire' (火).
